We had the water heater replaced just shy of two years ago. A few days ago, the pilot light went out on a Sunday. We called first thing Monday and they immediately came out. The part was replaced under warranty from the manufacturer, but more importantly, when Shane came to install the replacement part, he was professional, on time and didn't charge for labor. We highly recommend Paramount Plumbing.

Shane was my contact and installer, he quoted a price that upon comparison I accepted, before arriving to perform the replacement we were clear on the requirements, he arrived promptly at agreed upon time, he and his helper Jason completed the install in a timely manner with the appearance of their work looked professional, there was zero additional costs, he then discussed lighting of the pilot light and minor servicing required to maintain unit, thanks for your prompt, courteous, no nonsense, friendly replacement, your strong effort shows well

I have been trying to find a good plumber for years! This is the company I was looking for. Within a week, I was given an estimate, great price, scheduled service within two days and install done in two hours. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very neat. The weather busted our pipes and we had already called 2 other plumbers. We should have called Paramount from the beginning. Shane squeezed us in when he was already running ragged! He fixed our leak super fast and stuck around for a bit when things didn’t immediately come back to give advice. When we discovered later that there had been another pipe that was leaking, he came back first thing the next morning and had us all fixed in less 30 mins. Such professional service and a great and very fair price. Shane and Paramount - y’all are our heroes!!

Shane and his assistant were very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me about the repairs and things he felt I should be aware of to educate me on my new water heater and his prices were reasonable considering the other quotes I received.

I first used Paramount a few months ago to replace a hot water heater. Shane & Company did an excellent job. At the time, Shane noted that he could hear water right outside the foundation where the main line comes into the house. My water bill last month was $277, so for sure a leak. Shane just came out today & had to dig four feet down, but found the leak, right where the line comes into the house. They repaired the line in a couple of hours & now I'm back to normal. Very reasonable price, Shane stays in contact and they arrive when they say they will. I'll be using Paramount for any plumbing needs going forward.

We woke up and discovered we had no hot water. Went to the basement and found the water heater had sprung a leak. We went on Angi to inquire about getting it replaced as soon as possible. Shane, from Paramount Plumbing, called within 30 minutes and also texted. We chatted and he gave me a price for replacing the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon one. We agreed on the price and within two hours he had replaced the broken water heater with a new one. Much faster than we could have hoped for.

After Shane completed the work he walked us through what work he did and walked us through all the key components of the new unit.

Shane was awesome! He was prompt, professional and on time. I had a minor flood in my kitchen due to both sides of sink leaking. This happened after 5pm on a Friday. If you are tired of being overcharged, receiving shoddy work and/or experiencing terrible customer service, you owe it to yourself to give Paramount a try. After first being told I needed a new water heater and later also a new water regulator, I contacted seven plumbers. The price Paramount quoted me beat out the other six. I explained to Shane that my water regulator was only one and a half years old, so he asked for a picture of it. Shane and Jason arrived on time and were COVID-19 compliant. Shane tested my water regulator and determined it was operating as it should; no replacement necessary. Shane then proceeded to explain so many things to me about the water heater itself, including to check over the next couple of days for leaks. The next day I discovered no leaks, but scratches on the tank with which I could not live. Shane's immediate response to my asking him to come out and look at it was an apology and commitment to come out the next day and replace it. I make no apologies for being a perfectionist, but I can tell you this was a true test of excellent customer service. I have finally found an honest and excellent plumber for life! Oh, did I mention that their labor warranty crushed all the others, as well?

This kind of service is so rare these days. I had a Hot Water heater leak and was in a bind and they were there nearly immediately. I really can't say enough about this experience. I talked to Shane on the phone and he was quick to explain everything. If you want a true craftsman that will do incredible work at a fair price these guys should get your business. I know they now have mine.

Shane replaced our water heater and we were very impressed with the experience. He was prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. Our favorite part of his work was his through explanation of the work he did and educating us about the workings of our new water heater. He showed us things to look out for and what to do with any future issues. Paramount Plumbing was hired to replace 2 gas water heaters at my home and also to repair the shower and bathroom faucet in my mater bathroom. The guys were prompt with their arrival and provided fast service. They communicated well with their planned start date and arrival times and they also gave details about the job they performed. The guys were very responsive in communications and once they completed the jobs, they followed up to make sure everything was ok and they encouraged us to call them if we had any questions or issues. I had a home warranty service I was using to repair my water heater. I had reached out to them on 8/25/2020. Had I continue with them and the contractor they sent out to service, we still would not have running hot water and today is 9/2/2020. I called Shane 6:10 am EST. He arrived at my house a little bit after 2 pm EST that same day and had running hot water by 4 pm.
